Philomena O'Neill
Philomena has been illustrating books, magazines and educational material for
children for over 15 years. Working in watercolor, liquid acrylic, gouache or pen
and ink, she can accurately represent children of all ages and races and has a
special ability to portray children and animals with personality and humor.
Some of her clients include Random House, Simon & Shuster, Charlesbridge
Publishing, Readers Digest Children's Publishing, Highlights for Children,
MacMillan, Harcourt, McGraw Hill, Pelican Publishing, Brown Network Publishing
and Sweetwater Press.
She is a member of the Society of Children's Book Writers and Illustrators and
Picture Book Artists Association.
