Pamela Barcita
Honored by the Society of Illustrators in Los Angeles and a member of the Society of Children's Book Writers and Illustrators, Pamela Barcita has illustrated over 20 children's books, including the popular Boots the Cat series and her most recent, "Ruby Lee the Bumble Bee" by Dawn Matheson.
In addition, Pamela has illustrated coloring books and authored "African Wildlife, A Photographic Journal". She taught college level art for 18 years and now dedicates her time fully to illustration.
Pamela works with digital illustration and traditional media: watercolor, pastel, pen & ink, prismacolor.
