Gretel Parker
I graduated from the University of Northumbria at Newcastle with a 2.1 BA hons degree in Graphic Design and Illustration. I have been a freelance illustrator for over a decade and also a practising artist, selling one off artworks at exhibition and through the internet. I also run my own small card company, Red Flannel Elephant cards (www.redflannelelephant.com).
My clients include Macmillan/MacGraw-Hill USA, Disney UK, the BBC, Starbright Books, Templar publishing and the Mark Allan group, covering a wide range of published projects including fully illustrated picture books, re-tell card sets, large classroom posters and greetings cards.
