Edie Pijpers
Edie [Edith Pijpers] is a Dutch born fine artist and children’s illustrator based in Nashville, Tennessee. She has worked with clients in Europe and the United States, and works mostly with pastels, colored pencil and acrylics. Edie’s style is described as whimsical, playful, painterly, expressive and atmospheric. Common themes include dance, people, fairy-tales, fantasy and kids.
Edie has had several fine art exhibits in her hometown Nashville and in her native Rotterdam. She is a member of SCBWI.
Suitability: Greeting cards; calendars; posters; gift wrap; wallpaper; direct mail; corporate collateral, editorial illustration for magazines and other publications; educational materials, and advertising.
