david bain
Dave Bain graduated from Falmouth College of Arts with a first in Illustration (2006). He currently creates illustrations in the city of Bristol.
He works in a number of ways, from a naive painting style to mixed media techniques, with digital software.
His work is highly commended by the Macmillan Children's Prize and also appears in Contact 07/08, Images 30 and 31 AOI annuals and 3x3 4th annual (Jan 2008). His illustrations are also used as examples in the book, 'Illustration - A Theoretical & Contextual Perspective' written by Alan Male (AVA Academia - 2007).
