Colleen Darby
Colleen wrote & illustrated her first book when she was
ten years old and has been writing and illustrating
ever since! She lives in a town just outside Buffalo, New
York with her two daughters and their pet hamster,
Felix. She graduated from the University of Buffalo with
a BFA in Communication Design. Colleen found work
in the advertising field as an art director and eventually
became a creative director. Her illustrations can be
seen on t-shirts, greeting cards, package designs,
notebook covers and children's magazines.
Colleen loves being able to create pictures that make
people smile!
