Amy Schimler
Amy Schimler comes to children's illustration with a background in fiberarts
and textile design. You may have seen her designs on children's clothing,
giftwrap, greeting cards, and many other products. She has illustrated for
children's books and magazines and most recently illustrated Ten Friendly
Fireflies, published by Piggy Toes Press. Her client list includes Target,
Hallmark, American Greetings, Scholastic Press, Highlights for Children, and
Baby Gap to name a few. Her hope is that her love of color and joy of design
is shared through her work.
