Al Margolis
I have been creating inventive visuals and humorous, storytelling illustrations
for nearly twenty years.
These illustrations have been used for children's books, advertising, editorial,
publishing and greeting card assignments. The art style is a mix of line, wash
and airbrush, using both conventional and digital techniques. The finished
pieces are executions of client layouts, or are developed jointly, starting with
a strategy, a creative brief, a manuscript or a blank sheet of paper!
